How long does my order take to ship?

We use a fulfillment center located in NYC, and most order should ship out within 5 business days assuming there are no abnormal delays. If you haven’t received any shipment updates within 2 weeks of placing the order, just send an email to info@havurah.art with the order number and we’ll be in contact!

Do you offer international shipping? 

Currently we offer international shipping for Verklempt, and are working hard to make it available for other products. Make sure to follow us on our socials and subscribe to our email list to stay in the know!

What is your return policy? 

Due to our circumstances of being a non-profit, we currently cannot offer returns for size issues or disliked products. If there are any production defects, just email info@havurah.art as soon as receiving the item and we’ll do our best to make things right.
